Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. To initiate a refund, email support@graviton.tools with your order number. We will respond within 1–2 business days and process the refund promptly. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Requests Outside the 14-Day Window
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will consider requests where:
- You experienced a technical issue that we were unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a billing error
- The product was materially misrepresented on its product page
